DevOps Engineer

• Provision Azure Services (e.g., function apps, application gateway, key vault) and AWS services (eg., EC2, ECS, S3). Migrate on premises legacy environments to Azure AWS, achieving 99.99% uptime and implement disaster recovery methoologies)
• Work on Kuberntes clusterson AWS EKS and Azure AKS, optimize application performance by 15% and reduce infrastructure cost by 20%.
• Configure AKS for microservices deployment, scaled pod, and managed services using Helm charts
• Design and develop assigned software development tasks. Work with the Portfolio Architect in the establishment of architectures, standards, and best practices
• Code APIs to work with cloud systems and applications with the cloud. Translate architectural requirements into PaaS and IaaS solutions
• Estimate the time to develop and deliver features as defined by product management. Participate in peer reviews of project software design and coding
• Develop source code and unit tests according to technical designs. Develop technical documentation. Contribute to and perform analysis of functional requirements
• Contribute to the design, and implementation, and measures required to protect solutions from security compromise

• Comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and ensure all others are doing the same
