Business Intelligence Analyst

• Maintain business-critical dashboards, ensuring high performance, accuracy, andalignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Build routine ETL logic to integrate data from multiple systems, including DayForce,UKG, and NetSuite, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Use Azure SQL to create simple tables and follow instructions for introductory star-schema modelling for the data warehouse.
• Perform day-to-day tasks for the Business Intelligence function, including basicreporting, analytics, data modelling, and dashboard updates.
• Create SQL views in SSMS for Power BI reports based on clear requirements toenable clean and efficient data retrieval.
• Follow detailed steps to implement incremental data loads for large datasets to helpimprove refresh performance.
• Develop and manage Power BI Dataflows for shared Dimension tables by applyingstandard procedures.
• Apply basic SQL transformations as directed to improve dashboard load times andend-user experience.
• Update data models and SQL tables to accommodate new business fields andrequirements based on provided instructions.
